What is all the BUZZ about bees?  Humans depend on pollinators for about 1/3rd of our diet, and the most nutritious part of our diet including vegetables, fruits and nuts. Pollinator populations around the world are declining. How can facilities help support bees? Join us to learn the basics of honey bees and native bees; all options for supporting bee populations; considerations for beekeeping; how to get started beekeeping; and other factors within the landscape that can support bees. Colorado State University Extension is a non-biased, research-based resource in your community. With an office in almost every county in Colorado, we provide local services and educational information to help you address challenges and solve problems.
