Since 1982, our chapter has connected, educated, and empowered facility professionals throughout the Denver metro area and beyond.

We are a diverse community of over 420 facilities professionals, committed to sharing knowledge, facilitating collaboration, and raising standards across the facility management field. Founded in 1982, IFMA Denver is one of IFMA’s founding chapters, and today remains among its largest and most respected chapters in the Southwest and 5th largest in the Country.

We are proud to have earned many honors, including multiple Large Chapter of the Year awards, along with recognitions for innovation, membership growth, government affairs, and professional development. These accolades reflect not just awards, but the passion, dedication, and impact of our members.
- Chapter of the Year Award: 2009, 2020, 2022 (One additional award was given for Chapter Excellence prior to the AoE program beginning in the early 80s before it was chaptered the Awards of Excellence).
- No other IFMA chapter has won as many awards between 2010 and 2020 as the Denver Chapter. We win them because of our amazing committee and volunteer leadership.
