Time commitment: 1 hour minimum per month
Mentoring Topics: Mentors and mentees are matched based on common interests.
Who Participates: Mentees generally have less than 7 years of experience in the industry and Mentors generally have more than 7 years of experience in the industry.
Mentoring is a brain to pick, an ear to listen, and a push in the right direction.
